WFFT is the vanguard organization in rescuing and rehabilitating captive wild animals. It is based in Phetchaburi province, but will assist any animals in need. The Foundation is a NGO (non-government organisation) and therefore relies on volunteers, visitors and donations.
WFFT offers Full and Half-Day Experiences, but due to restricted numbers, these have to be booked a few days in advance. These are designed to give visitors the chance to learn about the rescued creatures living at Wildlife Rescue Centre and Elephant Refuge, see the hundreds of animals and get close to the elephants on a way that is cruelty-free and does not exploit them.
There is a shuttle service available at extra cost, but you may want to consider our Private Charter rates if you are visiting more than one location.
